For Executives
Coaching
Leadership Coaching
Many executives in senior management positions may be good managers but not necessarily good leaders. Leadership is not about authority; is about the impact you have on the system in which you work. It requires conscious choice:
-
How you chose to be with your self and others.
-
How aware and responsible you are with the choices you make and the impact you create within your system.
-
How consciously and effectively you use your inner and outer resources.
We coach executives to transform from being a manager into a leader; and help them create, manifest and lead from within.
Transition Coaching
Every transition, at work or in private life, is a creative process, which involves three distinct phases:
1. Ending (letting go)
2. Neutral zone (in-betweenness)
3. New beginning (launching into a new situation).
These phases are concrete, and carry psychological complexities. Each comes with particular challenges and emotional components. Skipping one or staying too long in another undermines strong and healthy movement.
We assist executives who are navigating career transitions, insuring alignment with essential phase of change, and emotional clarity.
Team Coaching
Our team coaching is more than a team building event. It is a methodology that supports change over time and creates sustainable, high performing teams.
The goal is to shift the culture at the leadership level in order to drive change in the company culture as a whole. We do this by enhancing trust, respect and camaraderie, creating open dialogue and psychological safety within the relationship system, which then results in higher performance and productivity, together with higher positivity.
Inclusive Leadership
We all are in a continuous creative tension between our desire for uniqueness and need for belongingness. We all want to stand out from the crowd and feel recognized for what's distinct about us. And, we also want to feel accepted as part of the crowd, regardless of our differences or similarities with others.
Inclusion is the only way to meet people's need for individuality (Uniqueness) and their need for connection (Belongingness). When these two needs are met, people feel valued, trusted, authentic and safe and bring their best selves to their environment.
Inclusion starts with “I”. This is a transformational program which aims to support a culture of inclusivity by creating awareness about unconscious bias, how to notice and handle them and developing inclusive leadership skills.
The program utilizes the know-how, methods and tools of Pluribus and ICQ Global, including assessments for cognitive diversity, psychological safety, motivational drivers and inclusive leadership behaviors.
Holistic Leadership (FLIA for women only)
Effective leadership draws strength from within, rather than from outer sources (titles, positions, networks etc.) and inspires through love, not fear.
It is essential for a leader to bring in as much heart and soul as does body and mind and balance his/her feminine/masculine qualities. The way to achieve this is to be in contact with themselves. Therefore, it starts from within.
This program, which utilizes Jungian archetypes and the Leadership Wheel model, has three focuses:
1. Who am I as a leader? (My signature).
2. How do I affect others in my relationships? (My impact)
3. What do I create for the system? (My legacy)
Feminine Leadership in Action (FLIA), is the version of this program adapted to the needs, specifics and challenges of women professionals and offered only to women participants. It takes its roots and approach from the globally offered women inner leadership program Coming Into Your Own.
